At Joe Mama's restaurant we start with the finest ingredients; dough made fresh daily, San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy, and the best quality imported and domestic meats and cheeses. We then add your favorite toppings and bake the pie in a hardwood fired oven at 800 degrees...the way they do it in Naples, the "birthplace" of Pizza. In fact, our oven was made by the Valoriani Company in the hills of Tuscany.
