Description:

This beautiful two story single family home is located in the surfside estates community and is just a two minute walk from the beach.  Large covered decks on each floor are great for outdoor entertaining.  One bedroom with full bath is on the first floor, two bedrooms with private baths are on the second level.  All three bedrooms have access to the decks and cable TV's.  Covered parking underneath the house allows ample space to bring along your boat.  Additional amenities include a fish cleaning station with water supply, outdoor shower and gas grill.   Happy Hours beach access is just a short walk  the end of Pebble Beach Drive.
