Location! Location! Location! Perfect for a quiet beach family vacation!  This Townhome is located approximately halfway between Apalachicola and Panama City on the St. Joseph Peninsula more popularly known as Cape San Blas. The nearest town is Port St. Joe, only about 18 miles away. Seacliffs is  adjacent to St. Joseph State Park, with its nature trails and a boat launch into the quiet waters of Eagle Harbor and the St. Joseph Bay.

The most outstanding feature of the area is the miles and miles of secluded white sugar sand beaches and superb sand dunes, some of which reach 40 feet in height. The St. Joseph Peninsula lies in a north-south position, which provides uninterrupted sunset views to the west. At the south end of the peninsula is Cape San Blas with its historic lighthouse, which until recently had been in operation for over 150 years.

This well decorated townhome has great views from all 3 decks.  The living room overlooks the pool and playground and is on second floor with a half bath.  The deck on this level is furnished with table and chairs.  Two bedrooms  are on the third floor with one queen bed and one king bed with private bathrooms in each.  The gulf  side bedroom has a covered deck furnished with chairs. The master bedroom on the top floor has a king bed & large bathroom with large deck  furnished with chairs for viewing spectacular sunsets.  The home is extremely child friendly with a pack and play, porta-crib and gates on the stair wells.  The patio on the ground level has a hot/cold shower and is furnished with a gas grill.  Telephone service includes unlimited toll calls to any where in the United States.
